For the execution of the contract, the provision by the Customer of some personal data is mandatory. The Customer declares and guarantees that the data provided to T.L.P. soc. cooperativa a.r.l. during the process of purchase and / or registration on the site tulipanoshoes.it are correct and truthful. The failure, partial, inaccurate or untrue conferment of the data of the Customer to T.L.P. may result in the inability to perform the contract.
The data provided by the Customer are processed and stored, in electronic form and, if necessary, on paper, for the time necessary to execute the contract and fulfill the obligations that such execution entails, and in any case for the time prescribed by civil law and tax. If the Customer has expressly given consent for the use of their personal data for promotional activities, marketing and customer profiling (meaning that the activity is aimed at differentiating offers on the basis of data provided by customers or their behavior within the Site detected through the monitoring of abandoned carts and / or other parameters), these data will be used for the performance of these activities.
The personal data of the Customer will have access to the managers and / or employees and / or collaborators of the T.L.P. in charge of the execution of the contract and fulfillment of the obligations connected to it and / or promotional activities, marketing and customer profiling, as well as the managers and / or the employees and / or collaborators of other collaborating companies of the T.L.P.i in charge of these activities. If necessary, the couriers to whom T.L.P. entrusts their shipments will have access to the personal data provided by the Customer. This access will be limited to the time necessary for the execution of the contract and related obligations, and the couriers can not use the Customer's data for purposes other than the delivery of the goods or their recovery.
The Customer has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of their personal data, to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy and request their integration, updating or correction, to request the transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed, to request proof that the data originated and the purposes and methods of the processing have been brought to the attention of those who have access or to whom they have been communicated unless this fulfillment proved impossible or would have led to the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The Customer may also request the deletion of their personal data and may oppose their processing for legitimate reasons although relevant to the purpose for which they were collected, and for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out research of market or commercial communication.

Through the unsubscription from the newsleter, the user will be deleted from the list from which the unsubscription is requested.
